I’m a mom of two adorable little boys who were definitely not blessed with independent sleep skills—honestly, they were terrible at it!
For over three years, I struggled with little to no sleep, feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and crying more nights than I can count. I tried everything, and nothing seemed to work.
I know firsthand how extreme sleep deprivation can affect every part of your life—your mental health, your confidence as a parent, your relationships, and your ability to enjoy those precious early moments.

I already had my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and after becoming a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I continued expanding my knowledge through Infant Mental Health Training (at SickKids Hospital of Toronto) and certification as an Integrated Feeding Specialist. I also attend monthly continuing education sessions and several yearly conferences to ensure I’m always offering the most up-to-date, science-based strategies.
