"I just thought it would never work for us! The twins co-slept and woke up many times, and we’d feed them back to bed. They took unpredictable and bad naps before Erin. We wouldn’t even know if a morning wake-up was them awake for the day or just another instance where we could feed them to sleep again. We now have a proper schedule for the kids. They sleep in their own cribs and take one long nap throughout the day. They go to bed in the evening and get at least 10.5-11 hrs of nighttime sleep. We are able to put them to sleep with minimal effort as they have gained competence in this area. Erin was always available to us for questions and reassurance when things got tough! And there was never any judgment. We finally have a life again. We feel comfortable going out after they go to bed, and we can leave the monitor with a family member. "If you and your family are struggling with your little one's sleep, I would highly recommend Erin. I was lost, out of touch, and sleep deprived. I didn't think sleep training would work for us. I had been doing my own research and trying to attempt ways of getting him to sleep, but always failing. "While pregnant, I knew I wanted to hire a sleep consultant, that being said I was so nervous that it would be the cry it out method which I wouldn't do. Erin explained a few different ways we could approach it and had everything written out step by step within a few days of what we needed to do. Our baby started sleep training at 13 weeks. She would only nap on us and if she was put in her crib or bassinet she would wake up in 30 minutes. At bedtime we would have to rock and shush her for over a hour every night in hopes that when we put her down she wouldn't wake up (she would). Our first night with Erin we put our girl in her crib wide awake and she was sleeping within 20 minutes. I thought to myself no way will this work for naps. The next day at our first nap she once again proved us wrong. It's now been 3 weeks since we started sleep training and our baby is sleeping within 3 - 5 minutes at every nap and bedtime.
